Tommy Robinson has called a mass protest to mobilise his violent racist supporters. The last time he did this in July 15,000 people turned out. A few days later he and Nigel Farage used the tragic murder of three young girls in Southport to spread racist agitation online which led to violent race riots across the country, including the attempted mass murder of refugees in hotels in Rochdale and Tamworth.

The police and politicians will no doubt tell people to “stay home” and avoid confrontation but the reality is that the only thing that can really defeat these rancid racist politics is a mass movement that challenges their ideas, mobilises against them in the streets and also links up with the fight against austerity and capitalism.
