After the US elections – how do we resist?

Online forum Wednesday 13 November, 19:00 (London)

There appears to be little difference between the two main candidates, even though Harris has accused Trump of being a fascist, while Trump has accused her of being a Marxist. Harris has gone along with all the rotten neoliberal, warmongering and racist policies of the Biden administration. Trump has been whipping up racism, scapegoating migrants and deflecting anger onto “liberal elites” away from the real elites – the capitalists. The outcome of this election in the biggest imperialist country has consequences for all of us fighting for a better world.

What does the outcome of this election mean, and what does it reveal about politics in the USA? What role did Arab Americans and pro-Palestinian activists play in the election? What is Trump’s fascist movement, and how to resist it?

Log-in to our meeting to hear socialists in the USA discuss these questions, and join in the discussion with

Diane Feeley, Solidarity (US socialist organisation).
Luke Pretz, Marxist political economist.
Dan La Botz, co-editor of the socialist journal New Politics.
