Nabil Salih is a Baghdadi poet, journalist and photographer. His works, including The Baghdad Walks Series, appeared in illustrious publications including Jadaliyya and Al Jazeera English, and are translated to Italian, Spanish and French. Having lived twenty-nine years in Iraq, Nabil is currently completing an MA in Arab Studies at Georgetown University. His solo photography exhibition “A Requiem for Baghdad: Postcards from a Crime Scene” is currently on display in the Georgetown University’s Lauinger Library.
