Demand a general election – Come to the mass rally in Westminster on 2 November!

We’re in the middle of a cost-of-living emergency. Everything is going up but wages. The Tories crashed the economy with their mini-budget – and now they are threatening to cut spending even more.

Working people can’t take any more. Wages are still lower than they were before the bankers’ crash in 2008. Prices for food, energy, childcare and filling up the car keep going up and up. Rents and mortgage costs are soaring. Our NHS, schools and public services are on their knees. Foodbanks are booming – and kids are going to school hungry.

Working people across the country are out on strike for a payrise – but this government are threatening the right to strike.

And now the Tories think they can impose their fifth Prime Minister in six years.

On 2 November, we’re heading to Westminster to tell this government: you have no mandate.

We refuse to accept poverty wages, worse rights, attacks on workers striking for better pay and cuts to the NHS, schools and public services. We will not pay the price for Tory failure. We need profit restraint, not wages restraint.

No more unelected Tory Prime Ministers crashing the economy. Time for a general election now!
