The ZeroCovid campaign have teamed up with Zero Covid D/AT/CH (a group based in Germany, Switzerland and Austria) to do a social media storm to draw attention to how many unsafe workplaces are still open. This is making the lockdown less effective and putting people in danger. The protection of profits clearly counts more than the protection of health and life.

From 8am on Friday 5 February, post about what is happening in your workplace! Use the hashtag #CovidAtWork on Twitter and Instagram and tag @ZeroCovid_UK. From insufficient hygiene measures to crowded public transport at rush hour, together we can shine a light on this issue.

ZeroCovid are also hosting ‘Ecology and Economics of the Pandemic’

Saturday 13 February from 2pm to 5.30pm for an event on the causes and consequences of the pandemic.

There is an amazing speaker line-up of ecologists and economists: Julia Steinberger, Rob Wallace, Grace Blakely and Michael Roberts.
